OFFICIAL RULES (these “Rules”)
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility. Win a WE ARE ENOUGH bracelet (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those
who fulfill the conditions set forth below and who are at least 13 years old at the time of
entry. This Sweepstakes is open to the legal residents of the United States of America and Canada (but excluding Quebec) and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of WE ARE ENOUGH (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules. By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor, as final and binding as they relate to the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period. Entries will be accepted beginning on the launch of the first (1 st ) episode of the No Magic Pill podcast on or about May 5, 2026 at 3:00 AM and will end two (2) weeks after the twelfth (12 th ) episode of the No Magic Pill podcast at 3:00 AM or until supplies run out. The twelfth (12 th ) episode of the No Magic Pill podcast is anticipated to launch on July 21, 2026 at 3:00 AM. All times are (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada).
4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter:
(i) Option 1: After watching or listening to the first episode of the No Magic Pill podcast,
you will be eligible to win one (1) set of WE ARE ENOUGH bracelets. The URL to win the
WE ARE ENOUGH bracelets will be provided during the podcast. You will be responsible
for any shipping costs.
(ii) Option 2: If you (A) subscribe to the No Magic Pill YouTube page
(https://www.youtube.com/@NoMagicPillwithBlakeMycoskie) and (B) post an Instagram
Story and tag Blake Mycoskie (https://www.instagram.com/blakemycoskie/), you will be
eligible to win one (1) set of WE ARE ENOUGH bracelets. You will not be responsible for
shipping costs.
Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be
disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You may enter only once (and you may not win both using Option 1 and Option 2) and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
5. Prizes. The approximate retail value of one (1) set of WE ARE ENOUGH bracelets is $48. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No prize substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. This
Sweepstakes is subject to availability of prizes and, if all prizes are claimed, then this
Sweepstakes will automatically end (with or without further notification by Sponsor) and no further winners will be selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this
Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and
regulations.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT
SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S
DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES
AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
7. Winner Selection and Notification. Winners of this Sweepstakes will be selected by
Sponsor on an approximately first come, first serve basis. Sponsor will use commercially
reasonable efforts to determine first come, first serve basis.
(i) Option 1 Winners: Winners using Option 1 who successfully check out using the
URL provided during the podcast will be determined to be a winner.
(ii) Option 2 Winners: Winners using Option 2 will be notified via direct message (DM)
on Instagram to the account that submitted the entry and such participant must then claim their prize within five (5) business days and before supply runs out. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information or if winner fails to claim such prize before supplies run out.
8. Rights Granted by You. By entering this Sweepstakes you understand that Sponsor,
anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about this Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
9. Terms. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or website or violates these Rules.
Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of this Sweepstakes, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability. By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or this Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of this Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
11. ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited and to the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law, you agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the
determination of the winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of
class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS Arbitration, then effective, in Los Angeles, California, (b) any and all claims, judgements and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for and you hereby waive all rights to claims for punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages (other than for actual out-of- pocket expenses), and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of each entrant and/or
Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in Los Angeles, California.
12. Privacy Policy. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy
stated on the Sponsor’s website located at https://blakemycoskie.com/privacy-policy.
13. Winners List. For the names of the winners, please contact us at
wecare@weareenough.org and in the body of the email type “Please e-mail me the winners list for the WE ARE ENOUGH Bracelet Sweepstakes”.
14. Sponsor. The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is WE ARE ENOUGH.
